1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The package must be faulty, damaged, or in an unacceptable condition upon delivery.
  • The issue must be reported within 1 hours of receiving the order.
  • Proof of damage (such as clear photos) and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) are required.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Packages that are not faulty or damaged.
  • Perishable goods such as mangoes, unless they arrive in a spoiled or damaged condition.
  • Items purchased under discounts or special promotions.
  • Orders where incorrect addresses were provided by the customer.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details, photos of the faulty or damaged package, and a description of the issue.
  3. If eligible, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund process.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we review and verify the issue, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 1 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing time may vary.
